Aram Sabet, President of Water Hospitality Group, LLC, parent company of the award-winning Pacific East Restaurant & Sushi Bar in the Hamptons, Water Restaurant Bar & Lounge, Fritz-Not Just Fries; and the ultra trendy West Village lounge, 49 Grove. 49 Grove caters to a sophisticated crowd fusing together intimacy, comfort and style. The decor named Rock Star Ralph Lauren, is reminiscent of a library or den. Oversized dark blue velvet couches; large ottomans, leather-bound book-lined shelves, chrome accents, crystal chandeliers and large silver framed black and white photos line the walls.
Aram is also part of the visionary duo behind the New York Times Three-Star eatery, Pacific East, an Asian and Balinese-influenced restaurant located in the toney Hamptons.
Aram also works as a consultant to numerous restaurants and nightclubs on creation, decor, menu design and service.
From 1999 to 2001, Aram also simultaneously worked as an account director at the world-renowned public relations agency Dan Klores Communications in New York, where he handled publicity for a wide range of local and national hospitality, luxury brands and restaurants including: Town Restaurant at the Chambers Hotel, Eatery, Millos, China Grill Management, Restaurant Associates, Piaget, Destination Hotels and Resorts, Finlandia Vodka, Tic-Tac, and Nuttella.
Prior to his work at Dan Klores, Aram worked as a publicist at The Alden Group. At Alden, he represented numerous important global accounts including Bacardi, Plymouth Gin, B&B Liqueur, Amaretto DiSerona, Martini & Rossi Vermouth, as well as a variety of individual chefs, cookbooks and restaurants.
Aram began his career in the development of the award-winning Internet restaurant directory Dine Net Menus On Line (www.menusonline.com).
Aram graduated from The Wharton Undergraduate School of Business at The University Of Pennsylvania in 1995 with a degree in marketing and management.
